Scrap Vehicle Ferrous / Non-Ferrous Recycling Studies
Within the scope of the non-ferrous and ferrous metal recovery project of scrap vehicles, the preliminary work of the project has been completed. Withi this project, the recovery of the engine block and other mechanical parts metals was achieved in different grain sizes, the relevant magnetic field intensities and related eddy current separation applications. By providing the relevant raw material in the largest possible grain size, crushed and screened in different grain sizes, the separation of the relevant eddy current separator pole numbers was made possible and ferrous metals were also recovered from the raw material. Necessary studies have been initiated to complete the project with the highest possible efficiency by producing non-ferrous, ferrous and tails in every different particle size within the system.
BAS Eddy Current Non-Ferrous Metal Separators provide service with 12, 24 and 48 poles, even in the grain sizes possible. It provides long life application with high efficiency with eccentric drums. Electromagnetic overbelt metal separators with high field intensity separate ferrous metals from the system before eddy current separation.
